When you need a flue test
Recommended before using an unknown chimney in a newly-purchased property, before installing or commissioning a new appliance, after a suspected chimney fire or impact damage, and as part of a regular safety regime.
Clear results, documented
We record the test outcome and issue a certificate. If we identify an issue that needs repair or relining, we will advise you on next steps, we do not carry out that work ourselves, which keeps our advice impartial.
