Why smoke test?
A smoke test confirms that your chimney pulls combustion gases safely up and out, and that there is no leakage into adjoining flues or living spaces. It is one of the most important checks for carbon monoxide safety.
What we do
We use controlled smoke pellets and smoke-draw equipment, monitoring the response at the appliance, along the flue and at the chimney pot. We then assess whether the chimney has passed or failed and explain what any failure means in practice.
Documented & certified
You receive a clear written outcome and a certificate. If we identify a leak or poor draw we will explain the likely causes and recommend an appropriate next step.
