Terms & Conditions

We provide chimney sweeping, brush-and-vacuum sweeps, flue testing, smoke testing, chimney camera surveys and safety inspections. We do not carry out chimney repairs, lining or relining, masonry work or appliance installation.

Quotations are provided in good faith based on the information you supply about the property, chimney and appliance. Final pricing may be adjusted on site if conditions differ materially from those described, we will always discuss any change with you before proceeding.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the appliance at the agreed appointment time, including any necessary clearance of the hearth and immediate surrounding area. We may need to reschedule if access is not available.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. (Specific cancellation policy and any fees to be confirmed by the client.)

Certificates are issued to British Standards on completion of work where applicable. A certificate confirms the work carried out and the condition of the chimney at the time of the visit only.

We are fully insured for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services supplied. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in the chimney, appliance or property, nor for losses caused by your failure to follow our written advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
